LOTS OF FUN
The public-school bus will bring the children from all 6 elementary schools in Westford directly to the KL. The KL staff will meet the bus and bring the children inside.
Once the children are dismissed from school, they will get on the bus to come to the KL. Drop off times vary.
The KL teachers have an attendance list for each bus.
If for any reason your child does not get off the bus, the KL will call you, the school, and the bus company to locate your child.
We are asking that all our families follow these instructions:
Broadway St. onto Church St. then turn into KL parking area where KL has set up cones in front of the building where drop-off and pick-up will take place. A teacher will then guide the child(ren) into or out of the Kids’ League.
Pick-Up is by 6:00pm.
Before you arrive, we ask that you message on the ProCare App your arrival time.
Once you arrive at the KL, we ask that you message “Arrived” and the teacher will bring your child to you in the car line.
In order to minimize the amount of exposure to both the staff and children, we are limiting the amount of traffic inside the Kids’ League. We understand your desire to want to come and see where your child plays every day.
If you would like to take a look around the Kids’ League, please contact us and we would be happy to schedule a time to show you around.
We ask that parents let us know 24 hours in advance if their child will be absent, through email, phone or the ProCare App.
There is a $10 finder’s fee if you do not call or email the KL.
If your child does not get off the bus, the Kids’ League will call both parents, then Dee Bus and the child’s school, if necessary.
The KL closes at 6:00pm. Please, call if you are running late. Parents who are late may be charged $1.00 for every minute late.
Due to state regulations, only people who are on the emergency contact pick-up list can pick up your child.
If you need another person to pick them up, you can give written permission or permission by email.
If, for some reason, you need to add or subtract days from your schedule, a Change of Schedule Form (found outside the office) will need to be returned to the office or emailed to us with the change. We request that all changes be made a month in advance.
If the schools are closed, the KL will be open provided teachers are able to get to and from the KL safely. If severe weather requires the closure of the KL, an email will be sent to all our parents.
Each parent will get an email with a link to download the app called “ProCare: Childcare App.” We will be using this app for contact-less sign-out and messaging between teachers and parents.
We ask that you email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org of your child’s absence and any questions you have.
The ProCare App is only available to the parents/guardians of the child. If you have someone else picking up your child, we ask that you have them call the KL at (978) 692-6733 when they have arrived. If they are not on your authorized pick-up list, your child will not be able to be picked up by them.
Please email the KL if you want someone to be added to your authorized pick-up list.
The KL will have a sign-out sheet on each floor and we will also send out an email in which you may sign up by responding to the email.
The sign-out sheets can be found on your child’s floor. We need a record of pick-up due to state regulations.

4:00-4:45 – Club Sessions
Free Time/Special Activity
The KL Clubs run for 8-week sessions. We will put club sign-ups out a few weeks before the club session starts. Each club will need the signature of a parent. The clubs will start at approximately 4:00p.m. and run for about 45 min.
Once the children sign up for the club, we strongly encourage that they finish it for the 8-week session. If you are signing up for a club that has an extra fee, it needs to be paid before the club starts.
The KL has a staffed homework room on each level. At the beginning of the school year, we will put a sign-up sheet for parents to fill out whether they would like their child to finish their homework at the KL, or only start their homework at the KL, or just do it at home.
Children who are, or lately have been, suffering from any communicable disease shall remain home until they have recovered.
They must be without fever for more than 24 hours.
Giving Tylenol or other fever reducing medications to your child if he/she has a fever in the morning is not sufficient ground for attendance at the KL.
This is for the well-being of all children and staff.
Tuition Express is the best form of payment. It is an automatic payment processing system.
Tuition will be withdrawn on the 1st Monday of each month. If for any reason there is an insufficient balance in your account, Tuition Express charges an Insufficient Funds charge of $35.00 to your account, similar to banks.
For Summer Program or Occasional Day Program the withdrawal will happen after the confirmation of your registration.
