We Are Ready To Answer All Of Your Questions

  • Enrichment clubs to further learning while your child has fun.

  • Teachers dedicated to your child’s happiness, learning, and safety.

  • Water refills.

  • After School/Early Release Days: The public-school bus will bring the children from all 6 elementary schools in Westford directly to the KL. The KL staff will meet the bus and bring the children inside.

  • Any day the KL is open 8am-6pm: Parents are to drop their children off at the Kids’ League front door. Please come via Broadway St. onto Church St., then turn into the KL parking area where the KL has set up cones in front of the building where the drop-off and pick-up will take place. A teacher will then guide the child(ren) into or out of the Kids’ League.

  • Once the children are dismissed from school, they will get on the bus to come to the KL. Drop off times vary.

  • The KL teachers have an attendance list for each bus.

  • If, for any reason, your child does not get off the bus, the KL will call you, the school, and the bus company to locate your child.

We are asking that all our families follow these instructions:

Broadway St. onto Church St., then turn into KL parking area where KL has set up cones in front of the building where drop-off and pick-up will take place. A teacher will then guide the child(ren) into or out of the Kids’ League.

  • Pick-up is by 6:00pm.

  • Before you arrive, we ask that you message on the Child Pilot app your ETA.

  • Once you arrive at the KL, we ask that you message “Arrived” and the teacher will bring your child to you in the car line.

  •  If you would like to take a look around the Kids’ League, please contact us and we would be happy to schedule a time  to show you around.

  • We ask that parents let us know 24 hours in advance if their child will be absent, through email, phone or the ProCare App.

  • There is a $10 finder’s fee if you do not call or email the KL.

  • If your child does not get off the bus, the Kids’ League will call both parents, then Dee Bus and the child’s school, if necessary.

  • The KL closes at 6:00pm. Please message us on the Child Pilot app if you are running late. Parents who are late may be charged $1.00 for every minute late.

  • Due to state regulations, only people who are on the emergency contact pick-up list can pick up your child.

  • If you need another person to pick them up, you can give written permission or permission by email.

  • If, for some reason, you need to add or subtract days from your schedule, email info@kidsleaguewestford.com with the schedule changes. We request that all changes be made a month in advance.

  • The KL will not open on snow days.

  • Each parent will get an email with a link to log in to the app called “ChildPilot Parents.” We will be using this app for contactless sign and out, and messaging between teachers and parents.

  • The Child Pilot app is only available to the parents/guardians of the child. If you have someone else picking up your child, we can send them an invitation for the app if their email address is provided. Or they can call the KL at (978) 692-6733 when they have arrived. If they are not on your Authorized Pick-up list, your child will not be able to be picked up by them.

  • If you need to add someone to your Authorized Pick-up list, you can do so on the Child Pilot app.

  • You can make a Reservation on Child Pilot for the days that your child does not regularly attend the KL when you need added care.

  • You need to be enrolled in the After School Program or Occasional Day Program in order to sign up for those days.

  • Both sign in and out are going to happen through the Child Pilot App.

  • You will need to grant location access to the app in order to sign your child in and out.

  • For After-School:

    • A snack for your child to eat when they arrive at the KL.

    • Younger children, or children who are at risk of having accidents, should have an extra set of clothes available in their backpack.

  • For Summer and No-School Days:

    • 2 snacks: one for the morning and one for the afternoon

    • A lunch to eat in the afternoon

    • Younger campers, or campers who are at risk of having accidents, should have an extra set of clothes available in their backpack

  • Appropriate clothing for play and weather

  • Comfortable shoes for playing and running

  • Children arrive at the KL

  • Attendance is taken and the children wash hands for snack time

  • Homework/Free time

  • Afternoon Meeting and Outdoor Time

  • 4:00-4:45 – Club Sessions

  • Free Time/Special Activity

  • Pick-Up

  • The KL Clubs run for 8 or 10 week sessions. We will put club sign-ups out the week before the club session starts. Each club will need the signature of a parent. The clubs will start at approximately 4:00p.m. and run for about 45 min.
Once the children sign up for the club, we strongly encourage that they finish it for the 8 or 10 week session. If you are signing up for a club that has an extra fee, it needs to be paid before the club starts. Payment information for extra club fees will be communicated to you after you sign up for the club.

  • The KL has a staffed homework room on each level. At the beginning of the school year, we will put a sign-up sheet for parents to fill out whether they would like their child to finish their homework at the KL, or only start their homework at the KL, or just do it at home.

  • Children who are, or lately have been, suffering from any communicable disease shall remain home until they have recovered.

  • They must be without fever for more than 24 hours.

  • Giving Tylenol or other fever reducing medications to your child if he/she has a fever in the morning is not sufficient ground for attendance at the KL.

  • This is for the well-being of all children and staff.

  • All payments go through the Child Pilot billing page.

  • Statements for the After School Program will be posted on the 1st of each month. If you are not enrolled in Auto-Pay, payment is expected by the 15th of the month or there will be a $10 late payment fee applied to your account.

  • For Occasional Day Program,  charges will be posted after we receive a Reservation for days that you need care.

  • For Summer Program, the withdrawal will happen after the confirmation of your registration.
