We Are Ready To Answer All Of Your Questions
All payments go through the Child Pilot billing page.
Statements for the After School Program will be posted on the 1st of each month. If you are not enrolled in Auto-Pay, payment is expected by the 10th of the month or there will be a $10 late payment fee applied to your account.
For Occasional Day Program, charges will be posted after we receive a Reservation for days that you need care.
For Summer Program, the withdrawal will happen after the confirmation of your registration.
Children who are, or lately have been, suffering from any communicable disease shall remain home until they have recovered.
They must be without fever for more than 24 hours.
Giving Tylenol or other fever reducing medications to your child if he/she has a fever in the morning is not sufficient ground for attendance at the KL.
This is for the well-being of all children and staff.
We ask that parents let us know 24 hours in advance if their child will be absent through Child Pilot.
There is a $10 finder’s fee if you do not communicate the absence to the KL.
If your child does not get off the bus, the Kids’ League will message both parents, then call the child’s school and Dee Bus, if necessary.
We are asking that all our families follow these instructions:
Broadway St. onto Church St., then turn into KL parking area where KL has set up cones in front of the building where drop-off and pick-up will take place. A teacher will then guide the child(ren) into or out of the Kids’ League.
Due to state regulations, only people who are on the emergency contact or Authorized Pick-up list can pick up your child.
If you need another person to pick them up, you can give written permission or permission by email.

The KL Clubs run for 8 or 10 week sessions. We will put club sign-ups out the week before the club session starts. Each club will need the signature of a parent. The clubs will start at approximately 4:00p.m. and run for about 45 min.
Once the children sign up for the club, we strongly encourage that they finish it for the 8 or 10 week session. If you are signing up for a club that has an extra fee, it needs to be paid before the club starts. Payment information for extra club fees will be communicated to you after you sign up for the club.
The KL has a staffed homework room on each level. At the beginning of the school year, we will put a sign-up sheet for parents to fill out whether they would like their child to finish their homework at the KL, or only start their homework at the KL, or just do it at home.
